摘要
我国中高职一体化人才培养模式改革,是当前职业教育改革发展的一项重要工作:中高职学校协同人才的培养,成为行业一线需求变革的重要支撑。通过系统分析早教专业中高职教育衔接过程中存在的困难和问题,提出了建立动态的基于行业需求的人才培养目标,加强中高职院校的课程有效衔接,打造一支具有融合力的师资队伍,实现与企业的双贏局面等对策和建议。
The reform of integrated talents training mode of China's secondary and higher vocational education is an important work in the current vocational education reform and development.The cultivation of collaborative talents in secondary and higher vocational schools has become an important support for the change of demand in the first -line industry.Through a systematic analysis of the difficulties and problems in the process of the cohesion of secondary and higher vocational education in early education specialty of our college, this paper puts forward a dynamic goal of cultivating talents based on the needs of the industry, strengthens the effective cohesion of the courses of secondary and higher vocational colleges, and builds a team of teachers with the ability of integration to realize strategies and recommendations for a win -win situation with enterprises in order that the valuable experience and demonstration effects are provided for the training of relevant professional skills.
