Study on Safety Control in the Whole Process of Live Working Training of UHVDC Transmission Line

特高压直流输电线路带电作业人才培训工作涉及高空、带电等诸多潜在安全风险点。为进一步强化培训全过程安全管控,此文从带电作业培训人员管理、实训设备设施安全管理、实训现场安全管理和监督检查4个方面就往期培训班积累的经验进行了全面总结梳理,指导今后带电作业培训工作。

The training of UHVDC live working involves many potential safety risks such as high altitude, live line and so on.In order to further strengthen the safety management and control in the whole course of the training,the paper summarized and combed the experience accumulated in previous training courses from four aspects: the management of the live working training staff,the safety management of the training equipment and facilities,the safety management of the training site and the supervision and inspection,which provided an important reference for the training of live working in the future.
