孟鲁司特对慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并肺间质纤维化患者肺功能及血清炎性因子的影响

Influence of Montelukast on Pulmonary Function and Serum Inflammatory Factors of Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Complicated with Pulmonary Interstitial Fibrosis

目的观察分析孟鲁司特对慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并肺间质纤维化(COPD-PIF)患者肺功能及血清炎性因子的影响。方法将我院收治的60例COPD-PIF患者随机分为研究组(n=30,予以孟鲁司特及基础治疗)和对照组(n=30,予以基础治疗),比较两组的肺功能指标(FEV_1、 FVC、 6MWT)及炎性因子(CRP、 IL-6、 TNF-α)水平。结果治疗后,两组的FEV_1、FVC、 6MWT水平均提升, CRP、 IL-6、 TNF-α水平均降低,且研究组的FEV1、 FVC、 6MWT水平均高于对照组, CRP、 IL-6、 TNF-α水平均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特可改善COPD-PIF患者的肺功能,降低炎性反应,利于预后。

Objective To observe and analyze the influence of montelukast on pulmonary function and serum inflammatory factors of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis(COPD-PIF). Methods 60 cases of COPD-PIF patients admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into study group(n=30, montelukast and basic therapy)and control group(n=30, basic therapy). The pulmonary function indicators(FEV1, FVC, 6 MWT) and inflammatory factors(CRP, IL-6,TNF-α) were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the FEV1, FVC and 6 MWT levels increased, and the CRP, IL-6 and TNF-α levels decreased(all P<0.05);The FEV1, FVC and 6 MWT levels of study group were higher than those of the control group, and the CRP, IL-6 and TNF-α levels were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05). Conclusions Montelukast can improve the pulmonary function of COPD-PIF patients, and reduce the inflammatory reactions, which is conducive to prognosis.
