主动免疫法联合滋肾育胎丸治疗反复流产患者的临床效果评价

Evaluation on Clinical Effect of Active Immunization Combined with Zishen Yutai Pills in the Treatment of Patients with Recurrent Abortion

目的探讨主动免疫法联合滋肾育胎丸治疗反复流产患者的临床治疗效果。方法选取2016年1月至2018年1月我院收治的反复流产患者40例,随机分为A组(黄体酮治疗, 20例)和B组(主动免疫法联合滋肾育胎丸治疗, 20例),比较两组患者的疗效及症状缓解时间。结果 A组的妊娠成功率为60.00%,低于B组的95.00%(P <0.05)。B组的先兆流产症状缓解时间、消失时间及不良反应发生率均优于A组(P <0.05)。结论应用主动免疫法联合滋肾育胎丸治疗反复流产患者,能够缩短患者的临床症状消失时间,提高妊娠成功率,并降低不良反应发生率。

Objective To explore the clinical treatment effect of active immunization combined with Zishen Yutai Pills in the treatment of patients with recurrent abortion. Methods 40 cases of patients with recurrent abortion admitted to our hospital from Janauary2016 to Janauary 2018 were selected and randomly divided into group A(progesterone treatment, 20 cases) and group B(active immunization combined with Zishen Yutai Pills, 20 cases). The curative effect and symptom remission time of the two groups were compared. Results The pregnancy success rate of group A was 60.00%, lower than 95.00% of group B(P<0.05). The remission time and disappearance time of threatened abortion symptoms, and incidence of adverse reactions of group B were better than those of group A(P<0.05). Conclusions Active immunization combined with Zishen Yutai Pills in the treatment of recurrent abortion, which can shorten the disappearance time of clinical symptoms, improve the pregnancy success rate, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
