手术夹闭和血管内介入治疗颅内破裂动脉瘤的效果分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析手术夹闭和血管内介入治疗颅内破裂动脉瘤的效果。方法选取我院2015年1月至2018年1月收治的颅内破裂动脉瘤患者60例,根据入院顺序分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组采用手术夹闭治疗,观察组采用血管内介入治疗,比较两组患者的手术时间、住院时间、总有效率和不良反应发生率。结果观察组的手术时间和住院时间明显短于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组的总有效率为93.33%,明显高于对照组的70.00%(P <0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率为10.00%,明显低于对照组的33.33%(P <0.05)。结论血管内介入治疗颅内破裂动脉瘤的手术时间较短,患者康复快,且不良反应发生率较低,整体治疗效果较好,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To analyze the effects of surgical clipping and endovascular intervention in the treatment of ruptured intracranial aneurysm. Methods 60 cases of patients with ruptured intracranial aneurysm admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to admission order, with 30 cases in each group.The control group received surgical clipping, while the observation group received endovascular intervention. The operation time,hospitalization time, total effective rate and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33% significantly higher than 70.00% of the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 10.00%, significantly lower than 33.33% of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions Endovascular intervention in the treatment of ruptured intracranial aneurysm has shorter operation time, faster recovery, lower incidence of adverse reactions and better overall treatment effect, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
