调脂复肝汤治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Tiaozhi Fugan Decoction in the Treatment of Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver

目的研究调脂复肝汤治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的效果。方法选择2015年10月至2017年10月我院收治的非酒精性脂肪肝患者90例,随机分为两组各45例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,研究组采用调脂复肝汤治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、肝功能指标与不良反应情况。结果治疗前,两组患者的肝功能指标比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组的肝功能指标显著优于对照组(P <0.05)。研究组的治疗总有效率为91.11%,显著高于对照组的75.56%(P <0.05)。研究组的不良反应发生率为2.22%,明显低于对照组15.56%(P <0.05)。结论调脂复肝汤治疗非酒精性脂肪肝,能够提高治疗效果,改善患者的肝功能,不良反应较少,值得临床进一步研究。

Objective To study the effect of Tiaozhi Fugan Decoction in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver. Methods 90 cases of patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver admitted to our hospital from October 2015 to October 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, while the study group was treated with Tiaozhi Fugan Decoction. The treatment effect, liver function indicators and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, no statistical difference was found in the liver function indicators between the two groups(P >0.05). After treatment, the liver function indicators of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment of the study group was 91.11%, significantly higher than 75.56% of the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions of the study group was 2.22%, significantly lower than 15.56% of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions Tiaozhi Fugan Decoction in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver can improve the treatment effect, and improve patients ’ liver function with fewer adverse reactions, which is worthy of further clinical study.
