凝血相关指标、肝功能指标及网织红细胞参数对肝硬化患者的诊断价值研究

Sutdy on Diagnostic Value of Coagulation-Related Indicators, Liver Function Indicators and Reticulocyte Parameters in Patients with Liver Cirrhosis

目的探讨凝血相关指标、肝功能指标及网织红细胞参数对肝硬化患者的诊断价值。方法选取我院2016年5月至2018年10月收治的39例肝硬化患者作为研究组,并选取同期我院的健康体检者39例作为对照组,观察两组的凝血相关指标、肝功能指标及网织红细胞参数。结果研究组的凝血相关指标、肝功能指标、网织红细胞参数均高于对照组(P <0.05)。研究组39例患者中,漏诊1例,确诊38例,准确率为97.44%。结论针对肝硬化患者可采用凝血相关指标、肝功能指标及网织红细胞参数进行联合检测,临床诊断准确率较高,有利于患者早期治疗,改善其预后,值得临床应用。

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of coagulation-related indicators, liver function indicators and reticulocyte parameters in patients with liver cirrhosis. Methods 39 cases of patients with liver cirrhosis admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to October 2018 were selected as study group, and 39 healthy people with physical examination in our hospital at the same time were selected as control group. The coagulation-related indicators, liver function indicators and reticulocyte parameters of the two groups were observed.Results The coagulation-related indicators, liver function indicators and reticulocyte parameters of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). Among 39 patients in the study group, 1 case was missed diagnosis and 38 cases were confirmed, with the accuracy rate of 97.44%. Conclusions The coagulation-related indicators, liver function indicators and reticulocyte parameters can be used for combined detection in patients with liver cirrhosis, with higher accuracy of clinical diagnosis, which is conducive to early treatment and improvement of the prognosis, and is worthy of clinical application.
