绿色通道护理在骨科清创手术患者中实施对手术进程的影响

Influence of Green Channel Nursing on the Operation Process of Patients with Orthopedic Debridement

目的探讨绿色通道护理在骨科清创手术患者中实施对手术进程的影响。方法选取2014年2月至2018年5月于我院骨科行清创手术的患者250例,随机分为干预组(绿色通道护理, 125例)和常规组(基础护理, 125例)。比较两组患者的手术进程、并发症情况及护理满意度。结果干预组的分诊时间、入院至接受手术时间均短于常规组(P <0.05)。两组患者的手术时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预组的休克、创面感染发生率分别为0.00%、 0.80%,均低于常规组的4.80%、 7.20%(P <0.05)。干预组的护理满意度为98.40%,高于常规组的89.60%(P <0.05)。结论绿色通道护理在骨科清创手术患者中实施能够促进患者的手术进程,降低相关并发症发生率,提高患者的护理满意度。

Objective To explore the influence of green channel nursing on the operation process of patients with orthopedic debridement. Methods 250 cases of patients with orthopedic debridement in our orthopedic department from February 2014 to May 2018 were selected and randomly divided into intervention group(green channel nursing, 125 cases) and routine group(basic nursing, 125 cases).The operation progress, complications and nursing satisfaction degree of the two groups were compared. Results The triage time and the time from admission to operation of the intervention group were shorter than those of the routine group(P<0.05). No statistical difference was found in the operation time between the two groups(P >0.05). The incidences of shock and wound infection of the intervention group were respectively 0.00% and 0.80%, lower than 4.80% and 7.20% of the routine group(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction degree of the intervention group was 98.40%, higher than 89.60% of the routine group(P<0.05). Conclusions Green channel nursing in patients with orthopedic debridement can promote the operation process, reduce the incidence of related complications, and improve the nursing satisfaction degree of patients.
