规范围手术期膀胱管理路径对围手术期留置导尿管患者满意度及护理质量的影响

Influence of Perioperative Standardized Bladder Management Pathway on the Satisfaction Degree and Nursing Quality of Patients with Perioperative Indwelling Catheter

目的观察规范围手术期膀胱管理路径对围手术期留置导尿管患者满意度及护理质量的影响。方法随机将东莞市道滘医院2015年11月至2018年11月行围手术期留置导尿管的60例患者平均分为两组。常规组予以常规围手术期管理,研究组予以规范围手术期膀胱管理路径。干预3周后,比较两组的护理质量和满意度。结果干预后,两组的行为规范、护理技能、安全管理、心理疏导、主动服务性、护理文书评分均有所提高(P <0.05),且研究组的上述维度评分均高于常规组(P <0.05)。研究组的满意度为90.00%,高于常规组的66.67%(P <0.05)。结论规范围手术期膀胱管理路径可有效提高护理质量和围手术期留置导尿管患者的满意度。

Objective To observe the influence of perioperative standardized bladder management pathway on the satisfaction degree and nursing quality of patients with perioperative indwelling catheter. Methods 60 cases of patients with perioperative indwelling catheter in Dongguan Daojiao Hospital from November 2015 to November 2018 were randomly divided into two groups equally. The routine group received routine perioperative management, and the study group received perioperative standardized bladder management pathway. 3 weeks after intervention, the nursing quality and satisfaction degree of two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the scores of code of conduct, nursing skill, safety management, psychological counseling, active service and nursing document of the two groups increased(P<0.05), and the scores of above dimensions of the study group were higher than those of the routine group(P<0.05). The satisfaction degree of the study group was 90.00%, higher than 66.67% of the routine group(P<0.05). Conclusions Perioperative standardized bladder management pathway can effectively improve the nursing quality and satisfaction degree of patients with perioperative indwelling catheter.
