基于健康教育的生活技能训练对老年精神分裂症的康复效果分析

Analysis on Rehabilitation Effect of Life Skill Training Based on Health Education for Elderly Patients with Schizophrenia

目的分析基于健康教育的生活技能训练对老年精神分裂症的康复效果。方法选取2017年1月至2017年12月我院收治的精神分裂症老年患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组给予药物治疗和精神科常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予基于健康教育的生活技能训练。比较两组患者基线期与干预后的日常生活能力。结果基线期,两组患者的PSMS、 IADL得分比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);干预后,观察组的PSMS、 IADL得分均低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论基于健康教育的生活技能训练可有效改善精神分裂症老年患者的日常生活能力和社会功能,促进其功能康复。

Objective To analyze the rehabilitation effect of life skill training based on health education for elderly patients with schizophrenia. Methods 60 cases of elderly patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received drug therapy and routine psychiatric nursing, and the observation group received life skill training based on health education on the basis of the control group. The daily life ability at baseline and after intervention of the two groups were compared. Results At baseline, no statistical difference was found in the PSMS and IADL scores between the two groups(P >0.05). After intervention, the PSMS and IADL scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions Life skill training based on health education can effectively improve the daily life ability and social function of elderly patients with schizophrenia, and promote the recovery of function.
