中学生重点呼吸道传染病知识、行为干预的效果评价 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨中学生重点呼吸道传染病知识、行为的干预效果。方法采用多阶段整群抽样法选取2016年11月至2018年10月广宁县中学生1 289名,以随机数字表法分为干预组(n=644)和对照组(n=645),对照组不采取任何干预措施,干预组给予呼吸道传染病知识、行为的宣教干预。结果干预后,干预组的重点呼吸道传染病知识了解程度明显高于对照组(P <0.05),重点呼吸道传染病防治行为依从性明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论重点呼吸道传染病知识、行为的宣教干预可有效提高中学生的知识了解程度,有利于形成良好的呼吸道传染病防治行为,值得临床推广。 Objective To explore the effect of key respiratory infectious disease knowledge and behavior intervention among middle school students. Methods 1 289 middle school students from November 2016 to October 2018 in Guangning County were selected by multi-stage cluster sampling method, and were divided into intervention group(n=644) and control group(n=645) according to the random number table method. The control group did not take any intervention measures. The intervention group was given education and intervention on knowledge and behavior of respiratory infectious disease. Results After intervention, the awareness degree of key respiratory infectious disease knowledge of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05), and the compliance of prevention and treatment behavior about key respiratory infectious disease was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions Education and intervention of key respiratory infectious disease knowledge and behavior can effectively improve the awareness level of middle school students, which is conducive to the formation of good behavior in the prevention and treatment of respiratory infectious disease and is worthy of further clinical promotion.
