构建新时代中国灾害学理论体系,是建设高效科学的自然灾害防治体系的必要途径。只有对中国灾害学研究进行系统梳理和客观评判,才能明晰中国灾害学理论体系的源流、成就和特征,进而规划出中国灾害学继续前进的道路。是故有必要继续动员和整合自然科学和人文社会科学的研究力量,系统搜集与整理海内外中国灾害研究丰富的文献和口述资料,全面回顾和总结中国灾害学各领域的进展和特色,提出具有针对性的政策建议,以提炼理论精华,正视差距不足,在深入的灾害学习中继续推进中国灾害学理论体系建设。

Building up theoretical system of Chinese Catastrophology in the new era is a necessaryapproach to construct an efficient and scientific natural disaster prevention and control system. Only by systematically reviewing and objectively judging can we clarify the origin, achievements and characteristics of Chinese Catastrophology, whereby we could plan its road ahead. We must continuously mobilize and integrate the research forces of natural sciences, humanities and social sciences, systematically search for and collect the abundant written and oral documents focusing on Chinese Catastrophology at home and abroad, comprehensively review and summarize the progress and characteristics of various research fields of Catastrophology in China, propose targeted policy suggestions, so as to conclude and refine the essence of the theory, face up to our challenges, and continuously promote the theoretical construction of Chinese Catastrophology through in-depth crisis learning.
