银杏叶片联合常规疗法治疗冠心病疗效及对心功能和血浆内脂素水平的影响

Effects of Ginkgo Leaves Tablets Combined with Conventional Therapy on Coronary Heart Disease and its Effect on Heart Function and Plasma Visfatin

目的探索使用银杏叶片联合常规疗法对治疗冠心病的疗效以及心功能和血浆内脂素水平的影响。方法将90例冠心病患者,随机分为治疗组及对照组,对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上使用银杏叶片配合治疗,观察比较患者心电图疗效以及心功能指标与血浆内脂素水平。结果心电图疗效治疗组治疗有效率为88.88%,高于对照组的71.11%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血浆内脂素水平治疗组治疗后血浆内脂素水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);心功能参数指标治疗组改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论银杏叶片联合常规疗法进行治疗,对冠心病的疗效以及心功能指标和血浆内脂素水平有显著的改善。

Objective To explore the effect of Ginkgo leaves tablets combined with conventional therapy on coronary heart disease and its effect on heart function and plasma visfatin.Methods 90 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Patients in the control group were treated with routine treatment.Treatment group was given Ginkgo leaves tablets on the basis of the control group,compare the electrocardiographic efficacy and cardiac function indicators and plasma visfatin levels between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 88.88%,which was higher than that of the control group(71.11%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);plasma visfatin levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the improvement of cardiac function parameters in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ginkgo leaves tablets combined with conventional therapy has a significant improvement in the efficacy of coronary heart disease as well as cardiac function indicators and plasma visfatin levels.
