孕期健康支出对早产相关因素的影响

The Effect of Family Health Expenditure During Pregnancy on Related Factors of Premature Delivery

目的探讨早产儿母亲孕期健康支出对早产相关因素的影响。方法采用现场调查的方法,应用早产儿母亲孕期健康支出调查问卷对满足纳入排除标准的早产儿母亲进行调查,发放700份调查问卷,回收有效问卷656份。早产儿母亲平均孕期健康支出(2234.24±693.18)元,将平均孕期健康支出≥2234.24元的记为A组,平均孕期健康支出<2234.24元的记为B组,比较两组早产儿母亲早产相关因素的发生率,探讨早产相关因素的影响因素。结果 A组的早产儿母亲阴道出血、子痫前期和胎膜早破的发生率均低于B组(P<0.05),年龄、文化程度、孕期健康支出、流产史、是否定期产检影响早产相关因素的发生(P<0.05)。结论孕期健康支出影响早产相关因素的发生,应增加孕期各项健康支出来减少早产相关因素的发生率,促进母婴健康。

Objective To explore the effect of the maternal health expenditure during pregnancy on related factors of premature delivery.Methods Mothers of premature infants satisfied with criterion were selected and investigated with the Maternal Health Expenditure During Pregnancy Questionnaire by means of filed survey,700 questionnaires were issued,and 656 valid questionnaires were retrieved.The average health expenditure of premature mother during pregnancy was(2234.24±693.18).Mark the average health expenditure during pregnancy was greater than or equal to 2234.24 as group A and less than 2234.24 as group B.To compare the incidence of preterm premature births in two groups and explore the factors of affecting preterm birth.Results The average health expenditure of premature infant's mother during pregnancy was(2234.24±693.18).The premature infant's mother of Group A had a lower incidence in vaginal bleeding,preeclampsia and rupture of membranes than the group B(P<0.05),Age,educational level,health expenditure,abortion history and regular or irregular prenatal examination affected the incidence rate of premature delivery(P<0.05).Conclusion The family health expenditure during pregnancy affects the incidence rate of the related factors of premature delivery.We can reduce the incidence of preterm birth related factors by increasing the proportion of health expenditure during pregnancy,and promote the maternal and infantile health.
