预劈核超声乳化术治疗4-5核老年性白内障效果

Effect of Phacoemulsification on 4-5 Core Senile Cataract

目的探析预劈核超声乳化术治疗4-5核老年性白内障效果。方法选取2016年4月至2018年5月我院收治的54例4-5核老年性白内障患者为主要对象,所有患者均为单眼患病。根据患者入院时间先后将其分为两组,每组27例。观察组采用撕囊镊预劈核+白内障超声乳化摘除术治疗,对照组采用拦截劈核超声乳化术治疗,对两组的治疗效果进行对比分析。结果两组治疗前的视力情况对比无统计学差异;经治疗后,观察组视力较治疗前明显改善,且明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为14.80%,对照组发生率为29.62%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术中超声能量小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论撕囊镊预劈核超声乳化术治疗4-5核老年性白内障效果颇为理想,可改善患者的视力水平,同时可降低术后并发症发生率,提高临床治疗的安全性,故值得在临床上进一步推广和应用。

Objective To explore the effect of pre-cleavage phacoemulsification for 4-5 nucleus senile cataract.Methods 54 patients with 4-5 nucleus senile cataract admitted in our hospital from April 2016 to May 2018 were selected as the main objects.According to the time of admission,the patients were divided into two groups,27 cases in each group.The patients in the observation group were treated by phacoemulsification of cataract with avulsion forceps,and the patients in the control group were treated by phacoemulsification.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in the visual acuity between the two groups before and after treatment,the visual acuity of the observation group was significantly improved than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.The incidence of complications in the observation group was 14.80 and that in the control group was 29.62.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),and the intraoperative ultrasonic energy of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The treatment of 4-5 nucleus senile cataract by pre-cleavage phacoemulsification with capsulorhexis forceps is quite ideal,which can improve the visual acuity of the patients,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve the safety of clinical treatment.Therefore,it is worthy to be further popularized and applied in clinic.
