桂枝茯苓胶囊联合低频脉冲电治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效观察

Observation on Curative Effect of Guizhi Fuling Capsule Combined with Low Frequency Pulsed Electric in Treating Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

目的观察分析桂枝茯苓胶囊联合低频脉冲电治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效。方法选取2017年8月至2018年8月本院收治的500例慢性盆腔炎患者作为研究对象,按照不同治疗方法分为实验组(250例,应用桂枝茯苓胶囊联合低频脉冲电治疗方法)和对照组(250例,应用桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗方法)。采用统计学分析两组慢性盆腔炎患者的临床治疗效果、并发症发生率(轻微腹泻、胃肠道刺激以及头晕等)。结果实验组慢性盆腔炎总有效率为98.40%,对照组慢性盆腔炎总有效率为80.00%,实验组慢性盆腔炎患者临床治疗效果显著高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组慢性盆腔炎患者轻微腹泻、胃肠道刺激以及头晕等并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论桂枝茯苓胶囊联合低频脉冲电治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效显著。

Objective To observe and analyze the curative effect of Guizhi Fuling capsule combined with low frequency pulse electrotherapy on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods 500 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease treated in our hospital(from August 2017 to August 2018)were selected as study subjects,and 250 patients were divided into experimental group(n=250)according to different treatment methods.Guizhi Fuling capsule combined with low frequency pulse electrotherapy and control group of 250 cases were treated with Guizhi Fuling capsule.The clinical effect and incidence of complications(mild diarrhea,gastrointestinal irritation and dizziness)in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were analyzed statistically.Results 238 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in the experimental group,8 were effective and 4 were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 98.40/246/250.In the control group,there were 180 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and 20 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.The total effective rate was 80.00/250.The clinical effect of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of mild diarrhea,gastrointestinal irritation and dizziness in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Guizhi Fuling capsule combined with low frequency pulse electrotherapy is effective in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.
