护理干预对精查内镜检查过程及质量的影响

Effect of Nursing Intervention on the Effect of Endoscopic Examination Process and Quality

目的探究精查内镜检查过程实施护理干预对消化道早癌高危患者焦虑状况、健康知识掌握情况及检查质量的影响。方法选择2017年4月至2018年3月期间在我院行精查内镜检查的150例消化道早癌高危患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组,每组各75例。对照组采取传统方法护理,观察组根据精查内镜护理干预流程实施护理干预,比较两组干预前后焦虑状况、健康知识掌握情况、再接受率及并发症的发生率等。结果观察组干预后SAI评分与TAI评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组健康知识掌握情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率少于对照组,再接受率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精查内镜检查过程中实施护理干预可缓解患者焦虑情绪,提高患者对健康知识的掌握程度,积极配合检查,减少并发症的发生,尽早治疗有利于提高生存质量。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on anxiety,health knowledge and examination quality of patients at high risk of early digestive tract cancer.Methods 150 high risk patients with early cancer of digestive tract were selected in our hospital during the period of March-2018 in April 2017 and March.The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.The control group took traditional nursing,the observation group carried out nursing intervention according to the intensive endoscopic nursing intervention process,and compared the anxiety status,the knowledge of health knowledge,the rate of re acceptance and the incidence of complications in the two groups before and after intervention.Results The SAI score and TAI score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the health knowledge of the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was less than that of the control group,and the rate of re acceptance was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant Significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention in the process of endoscopy can relieve the anxiety of the patients,improve the degree of the patient's knowledge of health,actively cooperate with the examination,reduce the occurrence of complications,and the early treatment is beneficial to the improvement of the quality of life.
