环烷基润滑油高压加氢装置运行分析 被引量:1

摘要 中海油某环烷基润滑油高压加氢装置以绥中36-1原油的减二线、减三线馏分油作为原料,生产变压器油、橡胶增塑剂等高附加值产品。从催化剂性能、产品收率与品质、氢耗和能耗等方面对装置运行情况进行了分析,结果表明:装置催化剂具有较好的稳定性,加氢脱金属反应温度为330~343℃,加氢处理反应温度为345~375℃,临氢降凝反应温度为335~365℃,基本处于设计初期水平,催化剂的失活速率除加氢后精制偶尔略超预期值外,其他两个反应器均在预期范围内;原料氮质量分数由1 137μg/g降低至2μg/g,脱氮率在99.8%以上,说明催化剂具有较高的脱氮活性;由于原料性质与设计值存在偏差及装置低负荷等问题,基础油收率和装置氢耗不及预期要求;基础油产品除光、热安定性外均满足指标要求;装置能耗满足预期要求。 High value-added products such as transformer oil and rubber plasticizer are produced by using the distillates of the second and the third vacuum distillates from Suizhong 36-1 crude oil in a naphthenic base oil hydroprocessing unit of CNOOC. The operation of the unit is analyzed from the aspects of catalyst activity, base oil yield and quality, hydrogen consumption and energy consumption. The results show that catalyst has a good stability with hydrodemetallization temperature 330~343 ℃, hydrotreating temperature 345~375 ℃, hydrodewaxing temperature 335~365 ℃, which is basically at the initial stage of design;The deactivation rate of the catalyst is in the expected range except that the hydrofining occasionally exceeds the expected value. The catalyst also has good denitrification activity, which can remove nitrogen content from 1 137 μg/g to 2 μg/g and the denitrification rate is more than 99.8%. Duing to material property difference and low load of the device, the base oil yield and hydrogen consumption of the device are not as expected. All the basic oil products meet the target requirements except the stability of light and heat.The energy consumption of the device meets the expected requirements.
