S Zorb烟气进硫磺回收装置处理的工业实践

摘要 S Zorb装置再生烟气温度低,组分复杂,烟气流量及组分波动大。将该装置再生烟气分别进两套硫磺回收装置反应炉及加氢反应器处理,结果表明:因2号硫磺回收装置反应炉未配套酸性气加热器,低温状态下H2S与SO2反应生成单质硫结晶,容易堵塞管线,外伴热无法满足介质所需温度,加之烟气进加氢反应器负荷超低,导致反应器床层温升增加30℃、烟囱SO2排放的质量浓度升高30 mg/m^3及尾气焚烧炉喘振损坏设备等;该烟气通过在线打孔引至酸性气入炉管线进入1号酸性气燃烧炉处理,各项运行参数正常,催化剂未出现异常情况,烟囱SO2排放的质量浓度维持在80 mg/m^3左右,满足排放标准要求。 The regeneration flue gas temperature of the device is low, the components are complex, and the flue gas flow rate and components fluctuate greatly. The regenerated flue gas from the S Zorb unit is treated into two sets of sulfur recovery unit reactors and hydrogenation reactor respectively. The results show that since there is no sour gas heater in No.2 sulfur recovery unit, hydrogen sulfide reacts with sulfur dioxide at low temperature to form elemental sulfur crystals, which is easy to block the pipeline.Because the external heating temperature can not meet the medium temperature,and the load of hydrogenation reactor is too low. So that the problems such as reactor bed temperature increase by 30 degrees, stack sulfur dioxide emission increase by 30 mg/m^3, and tail gas incinerator surge damage equipment occur.The flue gas enters No.1 sour gas combustion furnace through on-line perforation of the feeding pipeline. The operating parameters of the device are normal, and the catalyst has no abnormality. The sulfur dioxide emission of the chimney is maintained at about 80 mg/m^3, meeting the requirement of emission Standards.
