油溶性催化剂在渣油悬浮床加氢裂化中的应用

摘要 介绍了一种新型的油溶性渣油悬浮床加氢催化剂二烷基二硫代磷酸氧钼的制备方法,并通过红外光谱分析、X射线衍射及透射电镜等方法对催化剂进行分析表征。结果表明:该催化剂具有自硫化功能,硫化产物二硫化钼颗粒平均粒径为7.3μm,结晶度较低。以中海油惠州炼化提供的减压渣油为原料,考察了反应条件对渣油悬浮床加氢裂化的影响。评价结果表明:在催化剂加入量为200μg/g、反应压力为18.0 MPa、反应温度为440℃及反应时间为1 h的最佳工况下,产物中汽油收率为8.3%,柴油收率为29.4%,蜡油收率为32.3%,壁相焦收率为1.0%,总焦收率为1.5%。 A new type of oil-soluble hydrogenation catalyst of oxymolybdenu dialkydithiophosphate for residue slurry-bed is synthesized and introduced,which is characterized by infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy.The results show that the catalyst has the function of self-vulcanization.The average particle size of molybdenum disulfide in vulcanized products is 7.3 um.And the crystallinity of the molybdenum disulfide is low. The effect of reaction conditions on the hydrocracking of vacuum residue from CNOOC Huizhou Refinery is investigated. The evaluation results show that the yield of gasoline, diesel, wax oil, solid coke and total coke is 8.3%, 29.4%, 32.3%, 1.0% and 1.5% respectively under the optimum conditions of the catalyst addition of 200 μg/g, reaction pressure of 18.0 MPa, reaction temperature of 440 ℃ and reaction time of 1 h.
