无创机械通气治疗慢阻肺合并呼吸衰竭患者的临床价值研究 被引量:13

摘要 目的:探讨无创机械通气治疗慢阻肺合并呼吸衰竭患者的临床价值。方法:在医院2015年12月~2017年10月期间诊治的慢阻肺合并呼吸衰竭患者中选取88例作为研究对象,并按治疗方法不同予以分组。对照组(n=44)采取常规综合疗法,研究组(n=44)则在常规综合治疗基础上加用无创机械通气治疗,就两组患者治疗后整体疗效以及血气分析指标变化进行统计学分析。结果:研究组患者整体护理有效率是95.45%,与对照组患者整体治疗有效率77.27%相比较高(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者的PaCO2、PaO2水平比较均无统计学差异(均P>0.05);治疗后,研究组患者PaCO2、PaO2水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:无创机械通气治疗慢阻肺合并呼吸衰竭患者的临床价值显著,可有效解除患者呼吸困难、心率加快等临床症状与体征,并纠正其血气分析指标,值得借鉴。 Objective: To explore the clinical value of noninvasive mechanical ventilation in the treatment of patients with COPD and respiratory failure. Methods: 88 patients with copd combined with respiratory failure diagnosed and treated in a hospital from December 2015 to October 2017 were selected as subjects, and divided into different groups according to the treatment methods: control group ( n =44) adopted conventional comprehensive therapy, study group ( n =44) added noninvasive mechanical ventilation treatment on the basis of conventional comprehensive treatment, and conducted statistical analysis on the overall efficacy and changes of blood gas analysis indexes of the two groups of patients after treatment. Results: The overall nursing efficiency rate of the study group was 95.45%, which was higher than that of the control group ( P <0.05). Before treatment, there was no statistical difference in PaCO 2 and PaO 2 levels between the two groups ( P >0.05). After treatment, PaCO 2 and PaO 2 levels in the study group were better than those in the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion: Noninvasive mechanical ventilation has significant clinical value in the treatment of patients with copd combined with respiratory failure, which can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients such as dyspnea and accelerated heart rate, and correct the blood gas analysis index, which is worth using for reference.
