外科手术联合药物治疗胆结石的临床效果评价

Clinical Effect of Surgical Combined with Medicine in the Treatment of Gallstone

目的:研究分析外科手术联合药物治疗胆结石患者的效果。方法:回顾分析某院2014年9月~2015年12月收治的80例胆结石的资料,根据入院号将其分为对照组与研究组,每组40例。对照组实施外科手术治疗,研究组实施外科手术联合药物治疗治疗,通过研究来比较患者的治疗效果以及并发症发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:对胆结石患者实施外科手术联合药物治疗,患者恢复较快,能够提高治疗效果,降低并发症发生率,值得临床应用。

Objective: to study and analyze the effect of surgical combined with medicine in the treatment of gallstone. Methods: The data of 80 cases of gallstones admitted and treated in a hospital from September 2014 to December 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the admission number, they were divided into a control group and a research group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with surgery, and the study group was treated with surgery combined with medicine therapy. The therapeutic effect and complication rate of the patients were compared through the study. Results: The total effective rate of treatment in the research group was higher than that in the control group, and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group, with statistically significant difference ( P <0.05). Conclusion: The combination of surgery and medicine therapy for patients with gallstones can improve the therapeutic effect and reduce the incidence of complications, which is worthy of clinical application.
