透明质酸凝胶与米诺环素凝胶辅助治疗慢性牙周炎的临床研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨透明质酸凝胶与米诺环素凝胶辅助治疗慢性牙周炎的临床疗效。方法:选取某院94例慢性牙周炎患者作为研究对象,采用数字随机法,分为A组和B组各47例。A组通过透明质酸凝胶辅助治疗,B组通过米诺环素凝胶辅助治疗,对比两组临床疗效。结果:治疗后,两组各项指标均与治疗前有明显差异,且A组PLI、螺旋体构成比均高于B组,P<0.05;两组有效率对比无明显差异,P>0.05;A组不良反应发生率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:透明质酸凝胶与米诺环素凝胶辅助治疗慢性牙周炎均具有良好的临床疗效,能有效改善患者临床症状。 Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of hyaluronic acid gel and minocycline gel in the treatment of chronic periodontitis. Methods: A total of 94 patients with chronic periodontitis in a hospital were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into group A and group B, with 47 cases in each group. Group A was treated with hyaluronic acid gel, Group B was treated with minocycline gel, and clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, all indicators in the two groups were significantly different from those before treatment, and the constituent ratio of PLI and spirochetes in group A was higher than that in group B, P <0.05. There was no significant difference in efficacy rate between the two groups, P >0.05;The incidence of adverse reactions in group A was lower than that in the control group, P <0.05. Conclusion: Both hyaluronic acid gel and minocycline gel have good clinical efficacy in the treatment of chronic periodontitis, and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
