不同剂量胰岛素对小儿糖尿病酮症酸中毒的疗效比较

Comparison of the Effects of Different Doses of Insulin on Diabetic Ketoacidosis in Children

目的:对不同剂量应用于小儿糖尿病酮症酸中毒的治疗效果进行探讨。方法:选取某院2015年1月~2018年3月收治的小儿糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者58例,将之随机均分为对照组与观察组,分别给予大剂量和小剂量胰岛素治疗,比较分析两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:观察组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,组间患者的空腹血糖水平(FBG)、餐后2h血糖水平(PBG)和酮体转阴时间相较,未见显著性差异(P>0.05);观察组患者的低血糖发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对小儿糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者给予小剂量胰岛素治疗,在血糖控制和酮体转阴时间方面与大剂量胰岛素的治疗效果相近,且患者不易出现低血糖症状,临床效果更为显著。

Objective: To analyze the therapeutic effect of different doses insulin on diabetic ketoacidosis in children. Methods: A total of 58 children with diabetic ketoacidosis who were admitted to a hospital from January 2015 to March 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Large dose and small dose insulin treatment were given respectively, and the clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results: The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group ( P <0.05). After treatment, fasting blood glucose level (FBG), 2h postprandial blood glucose level (PBG) and ketone body negative time between the two groups had no significant difference ( P >0.05). The incidence of hypoglycemia in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of small doses of insulin in children with diabetic ketoacidosis is similar to the treatment of large doses of insulin in terms of blood glucose control and conversion of ketone bodies, and the patients are not prone to hypoglycemia, and the clinical effect is more significant.
