二甲双胍分别联合西格列汀及格列齐特缓释片治疗2型糖尿病的临床比较

Clinical Comparison of Metformin Combined with Sitagliptin and Gliclazide Sustained-release Tablets in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes

目的:探析二甲双胍分别联合西格列汀及格列齐特缓释片治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果。方法:在某院2018年1月~2018年6月期间收治的所有2型糖尿病患者中随机选出19例作为此次研究对象,根据治疗方案的不同进行分组。选择西格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗的患者设为研究组(10例),选择格列齐特缓释片联合二甲双胍的患者设为参照组(9例),观察两组治疗前后血糖水平变化与低血糖发生情况。结果:两组治疗前的FPG(空腹血糖)与HbA1c(糖化血红蛋白)无显著差异存在(P>0.05);治疗后,两组以上指标水平均得到改善,但研究组改善程度优于参照组;同时,在低血糖发生率比较上,研究组低于参照组,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:在2型糖尿病患者治疗中联合应用西格列汀与二甲双胍,有助于控制患者血糖,预防低血糖的发生,值得大力应用。

Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of metformin combined with sitagliptin and gliclazide sustained-release tablets in the treatment of type 2 diabetes. Methods: A total of 19 patients with type 2 diabetes treated in a hospital from January 2018 to June 2018 were randomly selected as the study subjects and divided into two groups according to the treatment regimen. Patients treated with ceglidine combined with metformin were selected as study group ( n =10), and patients treated with sustained-release gliclazide combined with metformin were selected as control group ( n =9). The changes of blood glucose level before and after treatment and the occurrence of hypoglycaemia were observed. Results: There was no significant difference in FPG (fasting blood glucose) and HbA1c (glycated hemoglobin) before treatment between the two groups ( P >0.05). After treatment, the levels of the above two groups were improved, but the improvement of the study group was better than that of the control group. In the comparison of the incidence of hypoglycemia, the study group was lower than the control group, and the difference between the groups was significant ( P <0.05). Conclusion: The combination of sitagliptin and metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes patients can help control blood sugar and prevent hypoglycemia,which is worthy of vigorous application.
