小剂量利尿剂治疗对冠心病合并左室肥大患者心电图的影响

Effect of Low-dose Diuretics on Electrocardiogram in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Left Ventricular Hypertrophy

目的:观察小剂量利尿剂治疗对冠心病合并左室肥大患者心电图的影响。方法:选取2016年6月~2018年5月某院收治的70例冠心病合并左室肥大患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者采用长期持续小剂量利尿剂辅助治疗,观察组患者行长期间歇小剂量利尿剂方式辅助治疗,观察两组患者治疗效果。结果:观察组RI+SIII、RV5、RavL、RavF指标均低于对照组,具有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组SDNN、RMSSD、pNN50指标水平均高于对照组,统计学差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:小剂量利尿剂对冠心病合并左室肥大患者的心电图具有显著影响,能够明显改善患者RI+SIII、RV5、RavL、RavF等指标。

Objective: To observe the effect of low-dose diuretics on electrocardiogram (ECG) in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) and left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH). Methods: From June 2016 to May 2018, 70 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with left ventricular hypertrophy were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The patients in the control group were treated with long-term continuous low-dose diuretics, and the patients in the observation group were treated with long-term intermittent low-dose diuretics, and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed. Results: The levels of RI SIII,RV5,RavL,RavF in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical difference ( P <0.05).The levels of SDNN,RMSSD,pNN50 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with significant statistical difference ( P < 0.05 ). Conclusion: Low dose diuretics have significant effect on ECG of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with left ventricular hypertrophy, and can obviously improve RI SIII,RV5,RavL,RavF and other indexes.
