CQI在小儿静脉留置针穿刺护理管理中的应用分析

Application of CQI inNursing Management of Pediatric Intravenous Catheterization

目的:探究和分析CQI持续质量改进在小儿静脉留置针穿刺护理管理中的应用效果。方法:从某院在2017年7月~2017年12月期间收治的所有小儿静脉留置针穿刺患儿中随机选取其中的120例作为本次的观察分析对象,将这120例患儿按照数字随机法分为观察组和对照组,两组各60例。对照组患儿实施常规穿刺护理管理,观察组患儿实施CQI穿刺护理管理,对比两组患儿的不良反应发生率和护理满意度。结果:观察组患儿的不良反应发生率为6.67%,少于对照组的23.33%,P<0.05;观察组和对照组的护理满意度分别为95%和76.67%,P<0.05。结论:将CQI应用到小儿静脉留置针穿刺的护理管理中,能够显著减少患儿留置针穿刺后的针眼感染、导管堵塞、静脉炎等不良反应的发生率,显著提高患儿家长的护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective: To investigate and analyze the application effect of CQI in the management of pediatric intravenous catheterization. Methods: A total of 120 children undergoing intravenous catheterization in ahospital from July 2017 to December 2017 were randomly selected as the object of this study. The 120 children were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the digital method, with 60 children in each group. Routine puncture nursing management was performed for children in the control group, and CQI puncture nursing management was performed for children in the observation group. The incidence of adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction of children in the two groups were compared. Results: The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.67%, 16.66% less than that in the control group (23.33%)( P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group and the control group was 95% and 76.67%, respectively, P <0.05. Conclusion: The application of CQI to the nursing management of pediatric intravenous catheterization can significantly reduce the incidence of needle eye infection, catheter blockage, phlebitis and other adverse reactions after the puncture, significantly improve the nursing satisfaction of parents of children, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
