心理干预对维持性血液透析患者生活质量和心理状态的影响

Effect of Psychological Intervention on the Quality of Life and Mental State of Patients with Maintenance Hemodialysis

目的:探讨对维持性血液透析患者实施心理干预的应用效果。方法:选取某院在2016年7月~2017年10月期间收治的维持性血液透析患者56例,分成对照组与试验组,分别给予常规护理以及心理护理干预,对比两组患者的心理状态变化以及情绪变化情况。结果:护理前,两组对比差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,对照组与护理前比较无差异(P>0.05),但试验组优的比例高于对照组,同时也高于护理前,对比具有明显差异(P<0.05);护理干预前试验组与对照组的焦虑与抑郁评分无显著差异(P>0.05),护理干预后试验组患者焦虑与抑郁评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将心理护理干预实施在维持性血液透析患者中可获得积极效果,不仅可以缓解患者的抑郁焦虑症状还可以帮助提升患者的生活质量,值得临床的广泛使用。

Objective: To investigate the effect of psychological intervention on patients with maintenance hemodialysis. Methods: 56 patients with maintenance hemodialysis admitted to a hospital from July 2016 to October 2017 were divided into control group and experimental group, with routine nursing and psychological nursing intervention respectively. The psychological state and mood of the two groups were compared. Results: There was no statistical difference between the two groups before nursing( P >0.05). After nursing, there was no difference in the control group before nursing( P >0.05), but the superior proportion of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and it was also higher than the pre-nursing. There was a significant difference in the comparison( P <0.05). There was no significant difference in anxiety and depression scores between the experimental group and the control group before nursing intervention( P >0.05), after nursing intervention, anxiety and depression scores in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group( P <0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of psychological nursing intervention in patients with maintenance hemodialysis can achieve positive results, not only can alleviate the symptoms of depression and anxiety in patients but also can help improve the quality of life of patients, which is worthy of clinical use.
