摘要
目的:探讨案例教学在独立学院医学统计学的教学效果。方法:在实验班和对照班分别采用案例教学和传统模式教学,然后对两班期末考试成绩和问卷结果进行统计分析,进而评价两种教学模式的效果。结果:两班医学统计的基础知识成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.234);解决实际问题能力方面成绩比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:案例教学可以提高学生学习积极性,加强实践应用能力,有助于培养应用型人才。
Objective: To explore the teaching effect of case teaching in medical statistics in independent colleges. Methods: Case teaching and traditional teaching methods were used in the experimental class and the control class respectively. Then the final examination results of the two classes and the results of the questionnaire were statistically analyzed, and then the effects of the two teaching models were evaluated. Results: There was no significant difference in basic knowledge achievement between the two classes ( P = 0.234 );There was significant difference in ability to solve practical problems ( P <0.001). Conclusion: Case teaching can improve students' learning enthusiasm, strengthen practical application ability, and help to train applied talents.
