摘要
连续重整装置低温气相脱氯罐原料气中含有300μg/g的水,导致气相脱氯剂JX-5B板结,脱氯罐压力降上升,被迫局部停工换剂,单罐运行寿命只有3.5个月。通过分析脱氯罐内不同部位垢样的元素组成,得出原料气中水与JX-5B气相脱氯剂中活性组分氧化钙,在HCl的环境下,反应生成固体粉末堵塞脱氯罐上部床层,此为压力降上升的主要原因。中国石油天然气股份有限公司克拉玛依石化有限责任公司与脱氯剂生产厂家共同开发的新型复合脱氯剂级配,优化脱氯罐运行方式,解决了压力降问题,且将单罐运行寿命提高到6个月,双罐运行寿命延长至14个月,达到国内一流水平。
The feed gas of low temperature vapor-phased dechlorination drum in continuous reforming unit contains 300 μg/g of water, which leads to the agglomeration of JX-5 B, the pressure drop of dechlorination drum rises and forced partial shutdown and replacement. The service life of single tank is only 3.5 months. According to analyzing the element composition of scale samples in different parts of the dechlorination drum, it is found that the main reason for pressure drop is that water in the feed gas reacts with the active component calcium oxide in JX-5 B gas phase dechlorination agent to form solid powder in HCl environment, and block the upper bed of the dechlorination tank. PetroChina Karamay Petrochemical Co., Ltd. and the dechlorinating agent manufacturers have jointly developed the first gradation for the new type compounded dechlorination agent. The operation mode of dechlorination drum is optimized to solve the pressure drop problem. The service life of single tank is increased to 6 months, and that of double tank is extended to 14 months, reaching the first-class level in China.
