摘要
利用连续重整反应器数学模型等多种模型,开发了连续重整反应模拟计算软件包。通过国产超低压连续重整工业装置模拟计算,对连续重整反应模拟计算软件包进行了验证,C^+_5液体产品收率、芳烃产率和纯氢产率与对应实际值的绝对偏差分别为0.50%,0.94%和0.03%。计算值与实际值吻合较好,表明该软件包具有较好的可靠性与准确性,达到了工业应用的要求。连续重整反应模拟计算软件包计算功能齐全,能根据用户提供的重整原料油组成及性质和重整产品要求,为装置可研和设计提供全面而详尽的设计基础数据。该软件包也为提高连续重整装置的设计效率和优化设计方案提供了有效的工具。它还可用于研究重整反应操作条件(如反应温度等)对液体产品收率和芳烃、氢气等产率的影响。
The software package for simulation of continuous catalytic reforming reaction is developed by using the mathematical model of continuous catalytic reforming reactor, etc. The software package for simulation of continuous catalytic reforming reaction is validated by simulation calculation of domestic ultra-low pressure continuous catalytic reforming industrial unit. The absolute deviations between the yields of C5^+ liquid products, aromatics and pure hydrogen and the corresponding actual values are 0.50%, 0.94% and 0.03%, respectively. The calculated value is in good agreement with the actual value, which shows that the software package has good reliability and accuracy and meets the requirements of industrial application. The software package for simulation calculation of continuous catalytic reforming reaction has complete calculation functions. It can provide comprehensive and detailed basic design data for the feasibility study and design of the unit according to the composition and properties of reforming feedstock and the requirements of the reforming products provided by the users. The software package also provides an effective tool for improving the design efficiency and optimizing the design scheme of continuous catalytic reforming units. It can also be used to study the effect of operating conditions(such as reaction temperature) on Liquid products yield and aromatic hydrocarbons and hydrogen yield.
