摘要 介绍了汽车涂装车间用KPR废气处理系统(沸石转轮+直列式燃烧器)的总体结构,详述了沸石转轮的结构及影响VOC(挥发性有机化合物)去除效率的关键因素,包括浓缩比、转速、脱附区温度和密封性。探讨了该系统在运行过程中存在的问题,给出了相应的解决方案。总结了整套系统的运营成本,提出了未来的改进方向。 The general structure of KPR waste gas treatment system comprising a zeolite rotor and an in-line combustor used in an automobile paint shop was introduced. The structure of the zeolite rotor and the key factors affecting the removal efficiency of VOC (volatile organic compound) such as concentration ratio, rotation rate, desorption temperature, and tightness were described. Some existing problems during its running were discussed, and the countermeasures were given. The whole running cost was calculated, and future directions in optimization were pointed out.
