摘要
文中利用现场检测案例说明了基于磁致伸缩原理的超声导波在附塔管线检测的可行性,并利用测厚仪对管线问题部位进行测厚验证。结果表明,基于磁致伸缩原理的超声导波可以实现石化装置附塔管线的在线检测,能有效发现腐蚀等缺陷。
In this paper,the feasibility of ultrasonic guided wave testing based on magnetostrictive principle in the attached tower pipeline was illustrated by a field test case,and the thickness measuring instrument was used to verify the thickness measurement of the problem part of the pipeline.The results show that the ultrasonic guided wave based on the magnetostrictive principle can realize the petrochemical plant on-line detection of the pipelines attached towers,and can effectively find defects such as corrosion.
