摘要
通过建立仿真模型,采用SPS仿真软件对处于超低输量运行的直罗原油管线进行了正反输运行过程模拟,得到了正反输过程中进站温度随正反输次数的变化规律,根据正反输过程的温度分布曲线包络线分析了影响正反输工艺安全性的因素,优选出了满足安全要求的最优输送方案,并对管线停输24h工况进行了安全性验证。
By establishing the simulation model,the SPS simulation software was used to simulate the forward and reverse operation process of Zhi-Luo crude oil pipeline in the operation state at ultra-low throughput.The variation law of inlet temperature with the times of forward and reverse transportation was obtained.According to the envelope of temperature distribution curve of the forward and reverse transportation process,the factors affecting the safety of the process were analyzed.The optimal transportation scheme satisfying the safety requirements was obtained,and the safety of the pipeline was verified under the 24 h condition.
