核电站核级仪表管制造工艺研究

文中对仪表管在核电站中的应用以及核电站用仪表管的制造工艺进行了分析研究,主要分析了目前国内核电站用仪表管制造过程,包括原材料采购、关键工艺、无损检测及最终检查等,并结合以往供货反馈情况及对照不同堆型项目的类比情况,阐述了目前核电机组仪表管制造工艺中的重点和难点,并给出经验反馈。对核级仪表管在核电站中实际使用情况进行了简介。

The application of instrumentation tubes in nuclear power plants and the manufacturing process of instrumentation tubes for nuclear power plants were analyzed and studied.The manufacturing process of instrumentation tubes for nuclear power plants in China at present was mainly analyzed,including raw material procurement,key processes,non-destructive testing and final inspection,and combined with the feedback from previous suppliers.Compared with the analogy of different reactor types,the key and difficult points in the manufacturing process of instrumentation tubes for nuclear power units were expounded,and the experience feedback was given.The actual application of nuclear-level instrumentation tubes in nuclear power plants was briefly introduced.
