摘要 针对在非开挖条件下,快速排查埋地长输管道中严重的局部腐蚀、变形等缺陷的技术难题,对弱磁检测技术开展了理论研究、检测试验以及在埋地管道检测中的应用验证。试验结果表明,特定管道埋深下磁场强度和缺陷尺寸之间存在指数关系,因此可以依据磁场梯度变化对管道缺陷进行判断;通过现场检测应用,证明弱磁检测技术能够在非开挖条件下快速检测金属埋地管道的管体缺陷。 In view of the technical problems of rapid investigation of severe local corrosion,deformation and other defects in buried long distance pipeline under non-excavation conditions,the theory of WMT,detection test and its application in buried pipeline testing were studied.Experimental results showed that there is index relationship between the magnetic fields strength with a certain depth underground and the size of defects,which can be used to judge the defects by the changes of the magnetic fields strength.Through the application of field testing,it is proved that WMT can quickly detect the defects of buried metal pipeline in non-excavation condition.
