摘要
对输油泵进行节能改造有助于扩大其高效运行范围,改善其运行的稳定性和可靠性。黄炼线黄岛油库输油泵在保持电机和输油泵主体结构不变的前提下,通过设计和加工新叶轮来实现节能改造,这种方法投入少、回收周期短。
Energy-saving reconstruction on oil pump can help to expand its efficient operation range,improve the stability and reliability of its operation.Oil pump of Huanglian line Huangdao oil terminal is under the premise of keeping motor and main structure of oil pump unchanged,through the design and processing of new impeller to achieve energy-saving reconstruction.This method has less capital investment and short recovery cycle.
