摘要 为掌握埋地输气管道腐蚀防护系统的运行情况,综合考虑埋地输气管道腐蚀防护系统的主要影响因素,建立评价体系,利用基于层次分析法的模糊综合评价方法对埋地输气管道腐蚀防护系统进行综合评价。应用该评价方法对川西黄金输气管道腐蚀防护系统进行了综合评价,黄金输气管道腐蚀防护系统等级为3级,整体状况较差;通过直接开挖对评价结果进行了验证,现场实际情况与评价结果相符;阴极保护率较低、外防腐层质量较差是影响黄金输气管道腐蚀防护系统的主要原因,通过优化黄金输气管道阴极保护系统,黄金输气管道腐蚀防护系统等级提高至2级。 In order to grasp the operation of the corrosion protection system of buried gas pipeline,the main influencing factors of the corrosion protection system of buried gas pipeline were considered comprehensively,an evaluation system was established,and the corrosion protection system of buried gas pipeline was comprehensively evaluated by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on analytic hierarchy process.The corrosion protection system of west Sichuan Huang Jin gas pipeline was evaluated by this method.The corrosion protection system of Huang Jin gas transmission pipeline was level 3.The overall situation is poor.The evaluation results were verified by direct excavation,and the actual situation of the site was consistent with the evaluation results.Low cathodic protection rate and poor quality of external anticorrosive coating were the main reasons affecting the corrosion protection system of Huang Jin gas transmission pipeline.By optimizing the cathodic protection system of Huang Jin gas transmission pipeline,the corrosion protection system of Huang Jin gas transmission pipeline was raised to level 2.
