摘要
桥梁工程中桥台背、主桥与引桥软连接等过渡段,因地基承载力不够,轻质混凝土的应用关键是减小回填荷载,进而降低工后沉降,相对传统填土和混凝土填筑自重大有明显优势,对工程的其他结构层搅动小,达到结构减载的目的。利用其较好的流动填充自密实性,避免了传统填料难以密实的质量缺陷,成功解决了填筑速度慢,工序复杂,工期长,密度高,强度低,工后沉降大,桥头跳车病害等技术难点,且综合成本较低,在路桥桥台背回填等方面具有应用优势。
In the transition section of abutment back,main bridge and approach bridge in bridge engineering,due to the insufficient bearing capacity of foundation,the key to the application of lightweight concrete is to reduce backfill load and postconstruction settlement,which has obvious advantages over traditional filling and concrete filling,and has less stirring to other structural layers of the project,so as to achieve the purpose of structural load reduction.With its better self-compactibility of flow filling,the quality defects of traditional filling materials which are difficult to compact are avoided,and the technical difficulties such as slow filling speed,complex working procedure,long construction period,high density,low strength,large settlement after construction,vehicle jumping at bridge head,etc.are successfully solved,and the comprehensive cost is low,which has advantages in the application of backfilling at the back of road,bridge abutment and so on.
