摘要
节段箱梁的架设普遍采用双主梁架桥机进行施工,但双主梁架桥机存在截面尺寸较大、结构复杂、不易转弯和行走不便等缺点,为弥补以上缺点,更适宜节段箱梁架设的单主梁架桥机应运而生。结合江苏省南京长江第五大桥南北引桥混凝土节段箱梁的施工实际,探讨单主梁架桥机的施工应用,为同类工程提供参考。
Double main girder bridge erecting machine is widely used in the erection of segmental box girders. However,the double main girder bridge erecting machine has some shortcomings,such as large cross-section size,complex structure,difficult turning and inconvenient walking. In order to remedy the above shortcomings,single main girder bridge erecting machine more suitable for segmental box girders emerges as the times require.Based on the construction practice of the concrete section box girder of the NorthSouth Approach Bridge of Nanjing Yangtze River Fifth Bridge in Jiangsu Province,this paper discusses the construction application of the single main girder bridge erecting machine,which can provide reference for similar projects.
