小城镇自建房建筑整治方法研究

Study on Renovation Method of Self-built Houses in Small Towns

结合浙江省台州市路桥区横街镇建筑改造项目的具体实施过程,通过对工程实施主体、资金筹措、设计方法以及工艺要求上对这类建筑改造方法的论证和研究,以达到提升小城镇改造步伐,突出小城镇形象,进一步提升建筑品质,从而改善人居环境的目的。

Combining with the concrete implementation process of Hengjie Town’s building renovation project in Luqiao District,Taizhou City,Zhejiang Province,this paper demonstrates and studies the main body of the project implementation,fund raising,design method and technological requirements of this kind of building renovation method,in order to improve the pace of small town renovation,highlight the image of small town,further enhance the building quality,and thus improve the human settlements environment.
