摘要
传统爆破在工程中的应用非常广泛,但是传统爆破在城市道路施工中的使用限制性条件非常多,同时也会带来一系列不安全因素,因此需要一种新的爆破方法来代替传统爆破。以淮河西路(科大五号路至珠宋路)道路工程为依托,通过现场试验的方法研究静态爆破的应用。得出以下结论:(1)针对不同的结构体的施工条件及施工环境,通过试验确定爆破参数,在施工中调整爆破参数,才能有效控制爆破效果;(2)工程采用静态爆破的施工方式极大缩短了工期,对周围扰动较小,既能保证工程安全,又大量节省人力和材料,绿色环保。
The application of traditional blasting in engineering is very extensive,but the application of traditional blasting in urban road construction is restricted by many conditions,at the same time,it will bring a series of unsafe factors,so a new blasting method is urgently needed to replace the traditional blasting. Based on the road engineering of huaihe west road(No.5 road of science and technology university to zhusong road),this paper studies the application of static blasting by field test. The following conclusions are drawn :(1)according to the construction conditions and construction environment of different structures,the blasting parameters are determined through tests,and the blasting parameters are adjusted in the construction to effectively control the blasting effect;(2)the project adopts the construction method of static blasting,which greatly shortens the construction period and makes little disturbance to the surrounding environment. It can not only ensure the safety of the project,but also save a lot of manpower and materials,and is green and environmental protection.
