Transformation and Development: The Path Choice of the Banking Industry to Serve the Real Economy

银行业既依托于实体经济又服务于实体经济。当前银行业服务实体经济面临一些困难:企业有效信贷需求不足与资金需求量巨大令银行经营左右为难,化解过剩产能及处置“僵尸企业”给银行信贷风险防控带来新的压力;银行自身也存在银行业总资产增速下降、利润增长压力加大等问题。我国银行业应进一步整合组织架构,变革管理方式,实现转型发展,以顺应客户金融需求深刻变化所带来的挑战和经济“新常态”对银行业服务理念、服务能力、服务品质及发展方向提出的新要求。

Banking industry relies on and serves the real economy.At present,the banking industry serving real economy is facing some difficulties.They are the insufficient demand for effective credit and the huge demand for capi-tal make it difficult for banks to operate,resolving excess capacity and disposing of"zombie enterprises"bring new pressures to the prevention and control of bank credit risk,and meanwhile the banks themselves also have problems such as the decline of the growth rate of total assets and the increase of the profit growth pressure.China's banking in-dustry should further integrate its organizational structure,change its management mode and realize its transformation and development so as to meet the challenges brought by the profound changes of customers'financial needs and the new requirements put forward by the"new normal"in the fields of banks'service concept,service capability,service quality and development direction.
