摘要
高等教育的飞速发展,加剧了高校之间的竞争。教师是高校发展过程中的核心力量,直接影响到高校的可持续发展与战略目标的实现。但现今高校教师在绩效管理方面,依然存在着诸多问题。本文简单阐述了高校教师绩效管理中的不合理之处,并简略制定了高校教师绩效管理的优化方案,希望能够为高校改革教师绩效管理提供参考依据。
The rapid development of higher education has intensified the competition among higher colleges. Teachers are the core force in the development, which directly affects the sustainable development of higher colleges and the realization of strategic objectives. But nowadays, there are still many problems in the performance management of university teachers. This paper briefly expounds the unreasonable points in the performance management of higher college teachers, and briefly formulates the optimization scheme of the performance management of university teachers, hoping to provide reference for the reform of the performance management of college teachers.
