摘要
价值观自信教育是高职院校落实立德树人根本任务的重要要求。调查发现,广东高职学生具有积极向上的政治信仰、积极进取的人生态度和较为健康的婚恋观,其价值评判标准更为开放务实。他们对现行价值观教育模式持肯定态度,并期待与其个人发展密切相关的教育活动。高职学生的价值观深受环境影响,在价值观的知行上仍存在落差。新时代深入推进高职学生价值观自信教育,应关注学生的发展需要以实施个性化的教育,根据高职教育的职业性特点把握递进教育中的重点,尊重学生主体地位以调动其自主参与的积极性,重视社会文化因素以发挥优秀文化的滋养作用,提升学生自律意识以促进核心价值观的实践养成。
Education of value self-confidence is an important requirement for higher vocational colleges to fulfill the funda- mental task of strengthening moral education and cultivating people. The survey finds that Guangdong higher vocational students have positive political beliefs,enterprising spirit and healthy outlook on love and marriage,which shows their evaluation criteria are more open and pragmatic. The students hold a positive attitude towards the current value education model and look forward to educational activities closely related to their personal development. Their values are deeply influenced by the environment, while there is still a gap in their knowledge and action of values. In order to further promote the value self-confidence educa- tion for higher vocational students in the new era,we should focus on students’development needs to implement individualized education,grasp the key points of progressive education on the basis of the vocational characteristics of higher vocational educa- tion,respect students’principal status to arouse their initiative in self-involvement,pay attention to social and cultural factors in order to give full play to the nourishing role of excellent culture,and enhance students’self-discipline consciousness to promote the practice formation of core values.
