Investigation and Analysis of Logistics Talent Demand under the Transformation and Upgrading of Logistics Industry——Take Quanzhou City as an Example

物流产业转型升级背景下泉州市经济发展对物流人才的需求状况分析,以泉州经贸技术学院通过问卷调查、访谈等形式对物流专业人才需求调查分析的结论,阐述了高职院校物流管理专业人才培养方案的制定必须以市场人才需求为出发点。

This paper analyses the demand of Quanzhou's economic development for logistics talents under the background of logistics industry transformation and upgrading. Through questionnaires, interviews and other forms of logistics professionals of Quanzhou Economic and Trade Polytechnic, it made conclusions of the demand survey and analysis. This paper expounds that the formulation of talent training program for logistics management specialty in higher vocational colleges must take the demand of market talents as the starting point.
