摘要
本研究立足职业学校学生,釆用实证研究方法,针对基于行动导向教学模式下的小组合作学习效果展开研究。经过实践发现,学生在合作意识、合作技能方面明显改善,尤其在合作情感、冲动管理、组织领导维度优势明显。同时,学生的专业技能操作通过率也得到提升。研究得出,行动导向教学模式是促进小组合作学习的一种有效教学模式。
This research adopts the empirical research method to study the effect of group cooperative learning under the action-oriented teaching mode among the students in vocational colleges. Through practice,it is found that students have signifi- cantly improved their sense of cooperation and skills,especially in the dimensions of cooperative emotion,impulse management and organizational leadership. Meanwhile,the passing rate of students’professional skills has also been improved. It is conclu- ded that action-oriented teaching mode is an effective teaching mode to promote group cooperative learning.
