双拼单线梁组成临时运架梁通道的关键技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 为保证架桥机安全通过渐变式轨道梁体,成都轨道交通10号线二期工程花桥站采用了双拼单线梁运梁过站的方法。该方法将单线梁暂时并拢,使其位于线路正中位置,同时安装临时支座固定,形成临时的运梁通道。待全线运梁、架梁工作完成后,再将其横移至线路设计位置。为验证该方法的可行性,利用MIDAS/Civil软件建立了花桥站轨道梁的有限元计算模型,从轨道梁体的纵桥向、横桥向强度以及整体抗倾覆稳定性3个方面详细验算了梁体的力学参数在双拼单线运梁荷载作用下的变化,完成了双拼单线梁运梁过站的数值计算,为花桥站渐变式双拼单线梁运梁过站专项施工提供了技术支持。 To guarantee the safety of bridge crane as it passes through the track beam with gradual change,the method of double-spliced single track beam is used for transporting beam in Huaqiao station of the second phase of Chengdu rail transit line 10.In this method,the single track beam is temporarily closed and placed in the middle of the track.Then,the temporary bearings are installed and f ixed to form a temporary beam transport channel.When the work of transporting and erecting beam on the whole line is completed,the beam is moved to the design position of the track.To verify the feasibility and correctness of this method,the f inite element computational model of track beam of Huaqiao station was established by using the MIDAS/Civil software.In terms of the longitudinal direction,transverse direction and overall anti-overturning stability of the track beam,the variation of the mechanical parameters of the track beam under the load of the double-spliced single track transport beam was examined in detail.The numerical calculation of the double-spliced single track beam of beam transportation is completed,which provides the technical support for the beam transportation special construction of the double-spliced single track beam with gradual change in Huaqiao station.
