摘要
考虑现有隧道洞口防护结构的优缺点,本文提出了一种隧道洞口波纹板防护结构。利用足尺试验分析不同冲击能量下隧道洞口波纹板防护结构内力、变形及基础受力特性。应用LS-DYNA动力学软件建立落石冲击波纹板防护结构动力学分析模型,对落石冲击作用下波纹板防护结构的内力、变形及基础压力进行了分析。结果表明:采用300 mm×110 mm及以上波形,在500 kJ冲击能量作用下,即使板材个别位置出现屈服,拱顶整体变形仍然较小。因此采用大波形作为隧道洞口防护结构是可行的。
Considering the advantages and disadvantages of existing tunnel entrance protection structures,a corrugated plate protective structure for tunnel entrance was proposed in this paper.Full-scale test was used to analyze the internal force,deformation and foundation stress characteristics of corrugated plate protective structure at tunnel entrance under different impact energy.LS-DYNA dynamic software was used to establish the dynamic analysis model of the corrugated plate protective structure under rockfall impact,and the internal force,deformation and foundation pressure of corrugated plate protective structure under rockfall impact were analyzed.The results show that with the wave form of 300 mm× 110 mm or more,the overall deformation of the vault is still small under the impact energy of 500 k J ,even if the plate yields at individual positions.It is feasible to use large waveform as tunnel entrance protection structure.
