2018年6月,日本政府公布了2018年版《老龄社会白皮书》,主要涉及人口老龄化的进展及与其密切相关的养老金、医疗、福利、就业以及老年人的社会参与、生活环境等领域。在老年人日益成为日本社会“主角”的今天,只有准确把握老龄化状况及老年人面临的各种问题才能及时采取应对老龄化政策措施。日本政府每年以《老龄社会白皮书》的形式详细分析老龄化现状及面临的问题,并提出相应的政策措施。中国作为人口大国,老龄化问题越来越严峻,解读日本《老龄社会白皮书》的目的在于为解决中国老龄化问题提供参考与借鉴。

In June 2018, the Japanese government released the Japan's 2018 Edition of the White Papers of Elderly Society, which mainly involves the progress of the aging population and its closely related fields of pension, medical care, welfare, employment, social participation of the elderly, living environment and so on. Nowadays, the aged are becoming the "leading role" in Japanese society. Every year, the Japanese government analyzes the current situation and problems of the aging population in detail in the form of the White Papers of Elderly Society, and puts forward corresponding policy measures. As a country with a large population, the aging problem in China is becoming more and more serious, and the purpose of interpreting the book is to provide reference for solving the aging problem in China.
